In May Truveo and TopCoder started a competition for developers to discover the Truveo APIs and see what they can make with their video search engine. The TopCoder community responded with 93 custom built applications featuring some pretty cool stuff.

For all you Winamp junkies, Winamp launched a new blog this month: http://blog.winamp.com. They're going to highlight developments and contributions from the Winamp community. They've got a great community and I'm sure it will quickly become an impressive list of stuff that you can use with your Winamp media player. Client updates and tutorials are also going to be a big part of the discussion.
