Make Cash With Userplane!

How would you like your website to make money for you – and provide cool communication tools for your users?! Userplane provides free social networking tools for web developers. These tools include:

• Userplane Webchat 2 – Provides a turnkey solution for realtime voice and video chatting.
• Userplane Webmessenger 2 – A web based instant messanger application.
• Userplane Webrecorder – Enables uers to record and play back audio/video messages. Can be integrated with Webchat and Webmessanger.
• Userplane Desktop – A desktop application that allows users to particpate in your community even when they’re not loggied into your website.
• Userplane Feeds – Integrated content and search functionality within your site. Currently embedded Truveo Video Search is supported, with MapQuest and Relegence (real time news feeds) coming soon!

Developers can choose to integrate these applications into their sites – using their own user database and authentication – and without advertising. However developers must pay a setup and monthly licensing fee to use the Userplane widgets in this configuration. With the integrated Userplane model, the userplane application can also be custom branded.

What I found much more interesting was the advertising supported model. Webchat 2, Webmessanger2, Web recorder, and Feeds can be integrated into a web site – with unlimited usage – for FREE! Advertising will appear within the applications – however using Userplane Money the advertising revenue is shared with the web site host! But I know, your asking yourself does it work? Well over $500,000 has already been paid out to developers that have integrated Userplane into their websites!

Many of the tools can be instantly added with a simple cut-and-paste script! For example I simply added Webchat with a script provided by Userplane when I signed up, you can see it in action here:

In addition Userplane provides plug-ins for popular websites and platforms including: Facebook, OpenSocial, Drupal, Wordpress, and phpFoX.

Over the next few weeks I’d like to explore the integration of Userplane tools into a Wordpress blog with you! But before we can begin that process you should start your own Userplane Instant Community. You can do that quickly by visting the Userplane directory web site. Click on the Sign Up! Tab, and then the Start and Instant Community link. You’ll create a Userplane ID and password in the process, which you’ll use to configure your applications, sign up for Userplane Money, and more! Once you complete the signup process you'll receive a confirmation in email. Next week I’ll review how to administer your Userplane Community!
