IMAP and Address Book

I have the AOL Desktop and I have two problems. One is that I can't access my address book from my old version. All my contacts have disappeared.

The second started this morning when I couldn't acces my email and this error code came up saying I didn't connect to my IMAP? How do I fix these problems?
