SEND_PROPOSE

Still working with old wrapper, what are the return values in SEND_PROPOSE? Having trouble decoding all the values... can't seem to identify a rendezvous ip... any help would be appreciated...

Much to my dismay, seems some newer clients (Pidgin, Digsby, etc.) can't quite send file xfers good enough. AIM is the only client i've seen that can fully fill the SEND_PROPOSE correctly
