Error with LOCATE__USER_INFO_QUERY2

After query I recving LOCATE__ERROR with error code 4 (not logged in), but user is online.

How did that work?

Can you provide more details as to what you are doing? Error code 4 is for Remote user is not logged in.

I'm sending LOCATE__USER_INFO_QUERY2 with type2 = HTML_INFO, and reciving SNAC LOCATE__ERROR with error code 4 (NOT_LOGGED_ON).

Earlier i recive LOCATE__USER_INFO_REPLY with users profile (html info).

What I do wrong?
