I keep having trouble with my mailbox freezing up. I click on a Subjest and nothing happens. I have to reboot in order to get it to work. I searched aol for info about this and found a page with "AOL® Application Services Software Update", and it tells you all about the update (it's supposed to fix my problem) and how to download and install it, but it doesn't have the Update itself on that page and I can't find it anywhere. Where do I get this update?

Try downloading a new version of your AOL software from <a href="http://discover.aol.com/downloads/">http://discover.aol.com/downloads/</a>. The Appication Services Software Update is an automatic program that runs when you need to update the AOL software and it is included with AOL's software package.

I keep getting a red x in place of graphics. What's the deal?

I was on aol's automatic update service back in May 2007 but the service ran out. I did not renew at that time but want to know. I cannot find the place to do this. I am travelling and using my portable computer instead of home desk computer. Can this be done on the portable computer now and update my home computer next month when I get home?

I keep getting a pop-up whenever I boot up, title as above, text telling me that if I instal that update I can successfully complete downloads if I lose internet connectivity. I don't know if I care much anyway, but the main question is whether is this genuine and indeed from AOL, or is it a bit of phishing or other undesirable import?

Ok, this keeps popping up and I keep hitting install now, after a few sections I get an error message. I keep getting the same thing over and over and its getting annoying.

how do i delete the annoying error msg?

Every time I look things up like Real Clear Politics, I get several pop up boxes
that say (Line error do you want to fix.) I spent $75 for computer service one week ago and now it is happening again. They tell me it is an AOL problem because it only happens when I surch on AOL. Can you fix this problem? George Miller

how do i add existing free aol account to my new computer

I Just got a laptop and i wanted to know how to put the existing aol on it. I already have aol and have put it on another laptop in the family from the house and i cant seem to get it on mine. I put the aol c.d in my computer and it says that the program cant be installed. I Dont no why and am geting very frustrated. and plz dont tell me to go one the internet and download it b.c i have no other source of internet on my computer. any help would be greatly appreciated

aol is really no help to me i have exsplain to them over and over this aol.9vr is way to much for my computer and need a smaller verssioin of aol i had aol.8 but it became corrupted so in stalled aol 9vr which has totally block me from playing many of the games i have clear cookies cech temp files prompted activex clear java coach you name it ive done it all and still cant see them are play them im ready to go with some body else all i need is to down load that version of aol but cant locate it any were

I am unable to access mail controls via the keyword field. I have spent hours attempting to locate it to no avail. If I need some aol software, why doesn't it inform me? Since I have been unable to access the controls, the service is of no interest to me. However, now I cannot terminate my account with aol. Why?

Keep getting and have been now for a few months a Critical Update that will not install on contacting tech help either on-line or by phone this situation has not been resolved after doing as requested even to the point of a temp disablement of my anti-virus.
