ICQ Open Xtraz are web based applications (such as games, gadgets and tools). Open Xtraz are developed by ICQ users to create a more personal and vibrant experience within the global ICQ community. Open Xtraz can be downloaded, accessed and shared by ICQ 6.5 users. If you’re up for it, go ahead and develop your own Open Xtraz, then upload them to the ICQ Open Xtraz Gallery and start sharing it with your friends and ICQ’s millions of users worldwide.
How to develop an Xtra?
To develop an Open Xtraz you need to have ICQ 6.5 installed and an ICQ account. Please Download ICQ 6.5 and read the Open Xtraz Developer Agreement before start development.

When you’re all done with your Xtra, you can upload it to the ICQ Open Xtraz Gallery to be shared with other ICQ users. In ICQ Open Xtraz Gallery users can view all Open Xtraz and download them to their ICQ 6.5 Client You need to access the ICQ Open Xtraz Gallery in order to submit the zip file with your finished Open Xtraz. Note that it might take a couple of days before your Xtra is uploaded and available for download. Enter the Open Xtra Gallery
Where to find my Open Xtraz
When you have downloaded the Open Xtraz template, it will appear in My Xtraz that can be accessed from the Main Menu on your ICQ Client. When you develop and name your Xtra this placement remains your access point to your Xtra. It is also from here you can test your Open Xtraz before you publish them to the ICQ Open Xtraz Gallery
Share your Xtraz with your friends
Open Xtraz can easily be shared. When your Open Xtraz appears in the ICQ Gallery you just download it and share it through your ICQ 6.5 client. That way, your ICQ client becomes a great platform to distribute and share the Open Xtraz you developed.
