Login error

Hello,

I also got a login error for both the Xdrive Desktop and Xdrive Desktop Lite. I am able to log in and access xdrive through the web interface but was unable to unload any files with more than 10mb file size using accelerator plus.

is there a specific error with your upload? We have seen issues where firewalls or proxies block large uploads and sometimes even the accelerator specifically. In the upload dialog, you can select "basic" upload. You cannot upload folders via basic, but you can see if maybe there is something blocking large uploads via accelerator.

Upload Issue using Accelerator Plus

I successfully uploaded several times a 10.65MB mp3 file via the Xdrive® Web Interface using the Accelerator Plus feature without any problems. Also I was able to play the mp3 file after it had been uploaded into my Xdrive® account.

Did you get any error messages? Did you try clearing your browser's cookies and cache? Here's instruction how to clear them, click here

Hello,
I get "Login error, please try again" when i try to login thru Xdrive lite
when i try again, i can login using the web interface without any problem.
I use windows XP SP3, I also tried the SP2.
my firewall is zone alarm I allowed both Adobe Air and Xdrive lite to access the internet.
Finally i am behind a firewall is there a port that i should forward?

I've been looking at this all weekend. It gets kinda tuff to sort out due to the fact that their are so many flavors of Xdrive® usernames. Like, Legacy Xdrive® usernames which takes the form of xdriveuser@domain.xxx, then you've got Screen Name usernames which takes the form of xdriveuser part of the AOL Screen Name System (SNS) and so on.

I'll cut to the chase for the Xdrive® Desktop Lite Beta - ! Login error, please try again...condition that you've encountered. This condition is normally encountered when an invalid SN and/or password has been entered in the Xdrive® Desktop Lite Beta login window.

The Xdrive® Desktop Lite Beta has a Save username and password option that might be holding the incorrect SN and password, so I'd suggest that you click the Reset button, then carefully re-enter your correct Xdrive® SN and password with the Save username and password option un-checked that should clear out the incorrect Xdrive® SN and password that could be stored there.

I'll post more about my Discovery Information experience logging into both the Xdrive® Desktop Lite Beta application and the Xdrive® Web Interface.
