This condition is specific to consumers who are accessing their Xdrive® account via the Web Interface. It's an easy browser fix. This condition can be resolved by following these steps.
- Clear the browsers temporary internet files or the 'cache'
- Clear 'all' the browsers 'cookies'
- Fully exit your browser
- Start your browser and try again
