status 330 with getToken

I'm getting the error code 330 More authentication required when I use my devID and I really don't know what "More authentication required" means.
This happens when I do
http://api.screenname.aol.com/auth/getToken?c=parseGetToken&f=json&devId=MyDevID
When I use a devID from the examples it works ok.
Can anyone give me more details why this error happens?

Error Code 3309 During Backup

Hello jamesrleu,

You stated you have backed up over 20GBs of assets and now you've encountered this error code 3309, so let me ask you this question first. Do you have a 50GB account? If you dont have a 50GB account I've seen instances of consumers able to upload more then their account quota and then encounter this condition.

Clear the Cache of the Xdrive® Desktop Application

Clearing the cache while logged into the Xdrive® Desktop Application assures that the most current file and folder information in your Xdrive® account is presented to the server. You can clear the Xdrive® Desktop Application cache by right-clicking on the Xdrive® icon in the System Tray and selecting the Clear Cache option or click here for other instructions to clear the Xdrive® Desktop Application cache.

I'll give that a try this evening before running the next backup.

Still getting 3309 error with large files

I tried clearing the cache, and I continue to get 3309 error when trying to backup large files. Me weekly backup throws 3 3309 errors for the three files that are over 250MB. I check via the xdrive web interface to see if anything shows up and these 3 files are no where to be found.
