Using JSON API

Hi,
I'm trying to work with the AOL picture function using the provided JSON API (http://dev.aol.com/node/70). The first function, getAlbumList, is described as being able to "Retrieve a list of all public albums for a given screenname." When I am working with the AOL Pictures interface (http://pictures.aol.com), the only mechanism I can find to make pictures public is to put them in the Public Gallery, which removes them from any album naming, other than a single generic 'My Public Album'.

Am I missing something? Is there some 'premium' service that allows you to create multiple Public Albums?
