is it possible to build my own coustom login page instead of using the one which provided by the aol as redirect url when we request getToken? ... is there any commercial version of web aim api, with complete documentation to make fully function meebo like applications?

To get the buddy list, recommend an AIM client plugin that communicates with your client. To send an IM you could use a plugin or open an aim: URL.
