Rate throttling on botted screen name

My botified screen name is getting rate limited...frustrating since the whole point of botifying was to avoid that right? Getting 0x80040210 (ACC_E_RATE_LIMITED) back from the SendIM method.

Haha my users are really unhappy about this and get really frustrated when the bot is unresponsive (looking through some funny complaints in the log file).

Any idea about why this is happening??
