Hide Windows window frame

I just installed eBay Desktop which is also built on Adobe Air. I like its ability to hide the Windows window frame. The application window just seems to float on the desktop. Maybe Xdrive Lite could also do this? Very cool.

Oh, and can you fix that "constantly probing the A: drive" problem I posted a while back? Someone else just posted the same problem on both XP and Vista.
