Problems with site

Hello
Me a new comer in this area. I am gonna make web-aim apllication.My site address is a.com/a .I have generated key for that link.Should the site be .net site.
I have tried it with php sie.Is that why I have failed for that?

If i have to implement java-aim client apps,is it that the site has to be of jsp platform ?
