Boxely Releases New Developer Resources

The Boxely™ development team has just launched a new Boxely Reference Library, a handy index to a full doc set of guides and references about the UI toolkit. Without a long ramp-up time, developers can now enjoy early wins in using the new Boxely™ rapid development platform. The Boxely™ UI toolkit combines a box-based layout scheme with an advanced rendering engine to create rich, dynamic user interfaces.

The Reference Library indexes a full documentation set that now includes the following resources:

  • User Guide -- a step-by-step introduction and tutorial on using Boxely to create applications.
  • OCP Service API Reference -- API reference provided by OCP services that are available in Boxely.
  • Actions -- reference of the built-in actions that are available in Boxely.
  • Animation -- reference of the tags and attributes used when working with Boxely's animation capabilities.
  • Event Types -- reference of the events generated within Boxely.
  • Overlays -- overlay feature information and how to use it.
  • Styles -- reference of the tags and attributes used when working with Boxely's styling capabilities.
  • Themes -- guide to the theming capabilities of Boxely, and how to use it.

In addition to the new guides and references, numerous code samples are available from the Boxely™ main page:

From their Boxely™ main page the team also provides a way to sign up for news and updates, as well as links to all things Boxely.
