Please Help Me To Fix This Prblem, Thank You,Sincerely''Fina chacara
Re: Runtime Error (...)
Hmm, I don't *think* this is an AOL problem. Can you please try copying the error again (it doesn't look quite right). That will help us to figure what exactly went wrong (you should be able to cut and paste the error message).
Error message uploading photos from aol mail
I saved photos in my email,,, and everytime i open the email to check the photos out the photos do not load. I get an X in the corner of the photo and this is the error code i get: papp-d01.69465715664
Re: Error message uploading photos from aol mail
Can you give some details of what you did? I've loaded pictures from AOL Pictures into email successfully recently, but perhaps you're trying something different than I did.
ygpss.exe
I've lost my ygpss screensaver with over 6000 pictures in it. I do not have an icon in my tray and it doesn't work when I try & install it from another of my PC's. Can I recover & use it or should I download & reinstall AOL in order to find it & make it work again?
AOL Pictures Help
Try browsing through the AOL Pictures online help area. There might be some information there that can help you.
I am not able to open AOL
the error that comes on when I try to open aol is:
The Technical Stuff:
Error Code: C0FE1700
Report ID: 10161-webmail-20070926-112730
Try help.aol.com
Try help.aol.com. That is where you can locate more information and technical support for the AOL software.
photos attached to email
I am now getting more photos with the mim type of photo.
If this going to be the norm why is AOL not able to
open this type of photo file. When will this software
be added to AOL?
Re: Photos attached to email
Mime type of "photo"? That's news to me. I you can send me an example, that'd help. I'll also check with our pictures team for more info.

I keep getting a lot of error messages trying to make the show go on my page
RE: creating slide show
Hi Barbara, can you provide more info regarding what exactly you are trying to do? And what do your error messages say?

I MANAGED TO FINALLY FIGURE IT OUT MYSELF BUT THANKS FOR GETTING BACK TO ME.
My AOL Photos
I lost all my AOL photos in my AOL Profile on my main screen name, but I have them on this screen name. Is there a way I can get a code to put them back on my main screen name AOL Profile, or can
I do that without a code? If so, how? I don't like the way the photos on AIM are cut almost in half. Thanks!
IE Error on My Pictures
For the last ten days, when I try to share photographs from my albums, I get an error message. It is headed 'Windows Internet Explorer' with an exclamation mark next to it and says An error occurred while sending your message' with click OK. I tried Live Help and they advised me to do One Click Quick Restore, which they assured me would sort the problem. Of course it hasn't and I am now not sure what to do. I have loads of photographs on My Pictures and am reluctant to download them back to my computer in order to share them. What can I do?
Error code C0FE1700
I also am receiving the above error code. It started one day ago and I cannot tell if it's related to any changes in the way I try to get the mail.
I'm using Firefox and MAC OS 10.4.11
Any ideas?
What is "One Click Quick
What is "One Click Quick Restore" and how do we do it? I don't see any buttons for it.
I finally was able to make my album go after repeated clicking of the SHARE button. It failed about a dozen times and another half dozen made AOL freeze.
When AOL went free, what they DIDN'T tell you was that you no longer had access to their help. You must pay at least $9.99 a month to get help... even if it's to report an error in their software vs. you needing "how to" help. In my book, that is horrible. Reporting site errors should be a free service.
IE Error on My Pictures
I am getting the same error message even with one picture at a time - not sure what to do and AOL won't help me since they went to free email
My Pictures Error
I have finally got AOL to admit its their server and that it is now reported as a fault to be repaired. I did it on Live Help and it took two hours of reconnecting as when they are stumped, they disconnect you! However, I now have it in writing and have printed it off. Persevere with Live Help and say that Session 3231303 confirms it. Good luck.
Re: My AOL Photos
If there aren't a lot of them then one thing you can do is to use the AIM send picture functionality (in version 6.5 at least). Most likely AIM Profile pictures are stored behind the scene in AOL Pictures (XDrive), so you could get them from there also. You should probably check http://help.aol.com for details.
Getting IE error when trying to send AOL pictures
I am getting the same problem. I can one picture at a time but not the whole folder. The folder is about 40 MB, and I have sent folders of pictures before of about 60 MB with no problem.
I downloaded and installed IE 7 thinking it might be an IE 6 problem. No change. I am using Windows XP (Service Pack 2) with Automatic upgrades, in other words the latest version of XP with any fixes that might be required.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Can you tell me more?
plasticplaneguy,
Can you tell more about the error and what you were doing when you received it? Thanks.
My Pictures
See my reply to Joyce Miller. Pursue AOL.!!!!
IE error with Pictures
I am also getting this error; running Vista; I tried sending through Firefox - same problem :(
AOL My Pictures
It won't work until AOL sort it out. See my reply to Joyce Miller. Make them admit its their fault, as the more they report it to their engineers, the better the chance of getting it repaired. Quote the session number where the Live Help man admitted it was their problem. Session ID 3231303.

Pictures automatically saved from AOL Email
AOL automatically saves all those smileys, avatars, thumbnail pics, java action pics and others found in practically every Email I receive to the "My Pictures" folder on my computer. I don't want all this debris cluttering up my picture folder and eating up my hard drive space.
Where do I navigate in AOL 9.0 VR to re-set this setting NOT to automatically save all this trash?
