The IM widget is a quick way to have visitors to your blog or website send you an Instant Message without having to launch a buddy list – with the added benefit of them only appearing online to you. Follow steps one thru four in the instructions for how to add the Buddy List widget to your page, and then add the following:

Note: Change YourScreenName to the screen name you want people to IM – yours!.
